Edgar Langley
Edgar Langley is a Guitarist, Bassist, and Tutor based in Manchester. Born in Ilkley, West Yorkshire,
His youth was shaped by his vast musical experiences throughout the Leeds and Bradford areas, which he has taken with him and expanded upon moving to Manchester to complete a performance degree at the Royal Northern College of Music. Having now finished his degree in Classical Guitar.
Edgar wishes to find more work as a guitar and bass teacher and session musician, as well as building a career with his four bands, Paradigm, Quarter Shell, Concrete Forest, and Signifying Nothing, (All of which he plays bass guitar in except for Paradigm where he plays electric guitar).
Edgar is able to perform and teach a vast number of genres, including: Jazz, Classical, Rock,Metal and Pop.
Carwyn Mogford
Carwyn Mogford is a versatile freelance bass guitarist based in Manchester, UK, with a talent for seamlessly navigating genres ranging from pop and rock to electronic and jazz. A 2024 graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music, Carwyn has quickly become a sought-after musician, performing with original artists and at a variety of function gigs.
He has worked with a diverse range of original artists, including Mucky Wednesday, Luson, Rose Oleria, Dan Tucker and others. In addition to these collaborations, Carwyn leads his own function band, Soiree, providing live entertainment for weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
Alongside his proficiency on the bass guitar, Carwyn is also skilled in synth bass and running playback, making him an essential part of both live and electronic performances. His work with bands like Mucky Wednesday showcases his ability to fuse live instrumentation with electronic elements, bringing a dynamic edge to every performance.
